Your creative appears on the Live Leaderboard, Knockout Bracket view, Umpire Score Sheet, and Match Notification emails/SMS. All four are active from the first match through the final. Specific placement zones and dimensions are confirmed in your booking proposal.
CourtEngine classifies each advertiser into a standard industry category and accepts only one advertiser per category per tournament. This is enforced at booking — we will not accept a conflicting booking after yours is confirmed. Category classification is determined by CourtEngine and outlined in our Advertising Terms.
Assets should be PNG, JPG, or GIF (static or animated), max 2 MB. Exact dimensions are provided in the CourtEngine advertising spec sheet sent at booking. Assets must be delivered at least 5 business days before the tournament start date. CourtEngine reserves the right to reject assets that don't meet specs or contain prohibited content.
If a tournament is postponed, we transfer your placement to the rescheduled date at no additional charge. If permanently cancelled, we offer an equal-value credit toward a future event, or a refund at our discretion. Advertiser-initiated cancellations are non-refundable per our Advertising Terms.
We recommend inquiring at least 3–4 weeks before a tournament to ensure your category is available and to allow time for creative delivery. Popular categories (sports equipment, apparel) tend to fill early. Season packages can be booked well in advance to lock in your preferred events for the full calendar year.
